Taste profile: Colombia Supremo is characterized by a sweet velvety taste with a strong aroma reminiscent of orange or bergamot. The body is beautifully full and strong with a decent recognizable acidity combined with a chocolate and fruity undertone. It is a very balanced coffee in which the taste, aroma, acidity and other properties complement each other beautifully and form a perfect whole.
Origin of coffee: Colombia Supremo got its name "Supremo" not according to the region from which it comes, but according to the size of the coffee bean. It is beautifully large and therefore very easily recognizable. However, it is not just the grain that makes this coffee different. Our coffee is grown at an altitude of about 2200 m above sea level and the volcanic soil lends it a specific taste and aroma, for which it ranks among the best coffees in the world.
