Taste profile: This coffee has a medium body and acidity associated with a pleasant hint of citrus fruits. The aftertaste, on the other hand, offers undertones of orange jam, cocoa and fresh walnuts. The quality of this coffee will be appreciated especially by coffee connoisseurs who are looking for a balance in taste and aromatic substances contained in coffee.
This coffee is grown at altitudes between 1300 - 1600 m (SHG - strictly high grown). Thanks to this position, the coffee matures more slowly and acquires a harder grain, thus achieving full, noble flavors and aromas with a pleasant acidity. After manual harvesting, the grain is picked by hand (EP - european preparation) and freed of defective grains.
